Turkish peshtemal towels are all the rage these days and I purchased a few to test out and see for myself. I am not the kind to fall for the latest trends but these towels have exceeded all the expectations. They look great, come is a selection of colours and they are thick and soft at the same time. With each wash they become softer too. They are made of 100% cotton, are super absorbent, dry much faster than the regular towels and take way less space. It is a win, win, win situation no matter how you look at it. Not to mention that besides using them as a towel they can serve as a table cloth or a sarong on the beach.
With the new Poppyseed Creative Living website also serving as a shopping location for home goods I have decided to make these towels a part of my product offering and have launched the site with five colours to start with, coral, green, grey, pink and black.
